Stress and Stress Management

,     Okay, I think I'm starting to get the hang of these videos.  They are starting to get a little easier.  I think I will have to figure out how to give them a little more personality and I am trying to figure out how to make them look a little better, so if you have any ideas let me know.  


     Anyways, today I did a video on stress and stress management.  It is a little longer than what I have been doing, but I think there is just so much to this subject and I didn't even talk about everything that I wanted to talk about.


Here are a few things that I wished I mentioned in the video, but I didn't get to:


-Exercise is great for stress management.  Yoga is really relaxing and helps with  deep breathing.  Cardio I feel is really good because it helps get rid of any excess energy that could be causing stress.  Any exercise can help get your mind off anything that might be be stressing you out. 


-Mediation, yoga and deep breathing are all really great for stress.  I also feel like they are really good for the lungs and I feel like I have a much easier time breathing since doing them.  Sounds silly I know, but it is true. 


-I talked about Lemon Balm and Chamomile, but I forgot to mention that I use them as tea.  I just referred them to as herbs.
