I believe there are so many misconceptions when it comes to anxiety. I believe that some of these misconceptions are causing people to have a hard overcoming or managing their anxiety or causing people to be ashamed or embarrassed about their anxiety. Also someone listening, may not have anxieties, but possibly has a loved one that has anxieties and they may believe in some of these myths.
