Why I am Thankful for my Anxiety!

     I know that anxieties can be debilitating and can make you feel weak, crazy and so frustrated, however I have learned to be grateful for my anxiety and I explain why in the episode. 

 

     I think the body is such an amazing thing and if we can look at our illnesses with a positive attitude we may find some good in it.  

 

I also list 10 things anxiety has taught me!
