When it comes to health, I am all about prevention. Preventing anxiety, migraines, colds and flus and everything else. However, there are times that no matter what you do, you can’t prevent some of these things from happening.
When it comes to anxieties, I have some tips on what to do when you are actually having an anxiety attack. I have used these tips on myself and they have at the very least prevented my anxiety from getting worse, but most of the time either weaken my anxiety or help them go away. The best thing is all of my tips are absolutely free!
