There are so many misconceptions when it comes to anxieties. These misconceptions causes people that don’t have anxiety to have a hard time understanding people who do have anxiety. They may think that it’s all in their head, or they just need to stop worrying so much or they are just looking for attention. This then causes many people with anxiety to be ashamed and embarrassed (which they shouldn’t be). It all can be so frustrating for people dealing with anxieties and for their loved ones.
So in this episode I give some facts on anxiety and share some do’s and don’ts for loving someone with anxieties.
