     I know so many people who are struggling with getting enough sleep at night and not getting good quality sleep.  They think averaging 3 to 5 hours of sleep at night is good enough.  An adult should be getting about 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night!


     Sleep is so important! It affects both our physical and mental health.  Your body is repairing itself during this time.


     I share 10 tips in this episode to help if you are experiencing insomnia because of anxiety.
