When my anxiety was at its worse, I could barely drive. I would get lightheaded, have a hard time breathing and convinced myself I was going to pass out behind the wheel. It made it to where I absolutely hated to drive, something that I once loved. Today I can now drive with no problem at all. I give tips on how I started being able to drive again with no problem and for fun I did a driving meditation (of course you do this meditation with your eyes open and on the road).
